1. Policies & Compliance
Students must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, Academic Integrity Policy, and Data Protection rules. Updates to policies and planned system maintenance are shared through email and the IT status page.
2. HEMIS Student Portal (Academic Records & E-Services)
https://talaba.tsue.uz/dashboard/login
HEMIS is the main online system used for academic work. Here you can register for classes, check attendance, see your grades, view exam schedules, and request documents like transcripts and certificates.
The portal works on both computers and mobile phones.
Teachers upload course materials such as syllabi, lecture slides, readings, assignments, and quizzes. Students submit homework online and receive feedback and grades through the platform.
3. Class Schedules
Students can view class schedules on this website: https://tsue.edupage.org/
Updates to schedules are also announced in advance through group and faculty Telegram channels.
4. E-Library & Research Databases
The university’s e-library provides access to book catalogs, eBooks, journals, standards, and data resources while on campus. Training sessions are sometimes offered to help students learn how to search databases, use citation tools, and follow research ethics. If a book or article is hard to find, you can request it through interlibrary services.
5. Campus Wi-Fi & Network Access
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in teaching buildings, libraries, and computer labs. Students log in using their SSO credentials. Computer labs also have wired internet for activities that require stronger connections. Fair-use and safety rules apply to all network use.
6. Student Identity & Single Sign-On (SSO)
Every enrolled student receives a university digital ID (a username and password). This ID lets you safely access important systems such as HEMIS, the e-library, campus Wi-Fi, and some third-party platforms. Your password must follow the university’s security rules.
7. Tuition Contracts
Students can download their tuition contracts from the Ministry of Higher Education website: https://kontrakt.edu.uz/
8. Email, Calendaring & Collaboration

Tools for teamwork—such as shared documents, video calls, and group spaces—are accessible on common platforms like Telegram, YouTube (the official youtube channel is OnlyPitch), and Facebook.
9. Digital Skills & Certification Workshops
The Business Administration department run workshops on digital academic skills, using the LMS, managing data, using citation tools, and working with software like Stata, Excel, and R. These sessions are offered outside regular classes.
10. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
The university protects student information through device security and network monitoring. Each semester, students receive tips on avoiding phishing, creating strong passwords, and keeping devices safe. Information on data protection and incident response is listed on the IT webpage.
11. Dormitory Application
Students can apply for a university dormitory through https://my.gov.uz/.
This platform is linked directly to the Ministry of Higher Education and the TSUE IT department.
