The Career Development Centre helps TSUE students and alumni turn their academic progress—including those studying business administration—into real professional achievements. We work to link students with employers, strengthen job-ready competencies, and track graduate outcomes to ensure our programmes stay aligned with labour-market demands.

For Students – What We Provide
• Job & Internship Platform: A regularly updated collection of job openings and internship opportunities, supported by monthly vacancy digests.
• CV/Resume & Cover Letter Support: Detailed feedback and formatting advice based on international standards.
• Interview & Assessment Preparation: Practice interviews and coaching for common employer selection tests.
• Career Guidance & Mentorship: Personalised advising sessions and mentoring from successful alumni and HR experts.
• Skills Development Workshops: Training in communication, networking, presentation, and job-search strategies.
• Company Visits & Career Weeks: Organised visits to employers, sector-focused events, and specialised masterclasses.

For Employers – How to Collaborate
• Campus Engagement: Participate in Career Days, thematic industry weeks, guest lectures, and employer presentations.
• Talent Recruitment: Advertise vacancies and internships through our portal; request curated candidate shortlists by major.
• Practice-Based Learning: Partner with us to design internships, case challenges, and hackathons tailored to your organisational needs.
• Curriculum Input: Provide feedback on skill requirements to support programme updates and improvements.
