The Department of Business Administration offers three state-approved graduate programs:
70410901– Master of Business Administration- MBA
Focus: Business management, business administration theory and policy, international business, and business analytics.
Outcomes: advanced analytical skills for research and policy design; readiness for roles in ministries, central banks, international organizations, and think tanks.
70411701 – Logistics
Focus: supply chain management, customs and logistics, international logistics, trade law and compliance, and international transportation.
Outcomes: professional competence to plan and manage cross-border operations in firms, banks, logistics providers, and government trade agencies.
Program format: 2 years (4 semesters), credit-module (ECTS) system.
Language of instruction: Uzbek, Russian, English

Master of Business Administration- MBA
Program Overview
This state-approved Master’s program prepares professionals to effectively design, manage, and improve organizational performance in a rapidly changing global business environment. Students develop the ability to analyze firms’ strategic decisions, organizational systems, financial structures, human capital, and innovation processes. The curriculum integrates theoretical foundations with practical tools used by modern managers to compete in local and international markets.
Curriculum Focus
Analytical Core: Business economics, managerial decision-making, quantitative methods, financial analysis, statistics, and applied econometrics for management.
Strategic Management: Competitive strategy, corporate governance, business model innovation, digital transformation, change management, leadership, and organizational design.
Financial Management & Accounting: Financial reporting, budgeting, investment appraisal, risk management, corporate finance, and performance measurement systems.
Marketing & Operations: Market research, consumer behavior, brand strategy, service management, operations optimization, quality management, and supply chain coordination.
Human Capital & Organizational Behavior: Talent management, motivation systems, organizational culture, negotiation, conflict management, and leadership development.
Applied Learning: Business simulations, industry case studies, strategic consulting projects, entrepreneurial labs, and internships with firms or public institutions.
Research Training
Students learn to formulate research questions related to corporate strategy, productivity, human capital, innovation, competitiveness, and firm performance; apply quantitative and qualitative methods; and develop evidence-based managerial recommendations.

Program Overview
This Master’s program develops specialists who can design, optimize, and manage modern logistics and supply chain systems in the context of international trade and global competition. Students learn how goods, information, finance, and technology flow across firms, industries, and borders—and how to improve efficiency, resilience, and sustainability across the entire supply chain.
Curriculum Focus
Analytical Core: Quantitative logistics models, statistics, operations research, demand forecasting, cost optimization, and digital data analysis.
Logistics Systems: Warehousing, transportation modes, routing and scheduling, freight forwarding, logistics infrastructure, inventory control, distribution networks, and green logistics.
Supply Chain Management: Procurement, supplier relationship management, production planning, global value chains, risk management, supply chain resilience, and performance metrics.
International Trade & Customs: Export–import procedures, customs regulations, rules of origin, trade documentation, harmonized system codes, international contracts, and compliance systems.
Digital Logistics: ERP systems, SCM software, blockchain applications, e-commerce logistics, IoT sensors, data-driven forecasting, and automation technologies.
Applied Learning: Practical simulations, case studies with global logistics firms, analysis of trade and transport datasets, and internships in transport companies, ports, warehouses, or customs brokerage firms.
Research Training
Students formulate research problems related to logistics efficiency, supply chain sustainability, demand planning, transportation optimization, digital logistics, or trade facilitation; they apply quantitative models, simulation tools, and international trade data.
