The decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 19, 2020, Jamshid Sharifjonovich Egamberdiyev was appointed as Deputy Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications. In this regard, an official appointment ceremony was held at the Ministry.

Jamshid Egamberdiyev was born in 1982 in Namangan Region. He received his higher education at the Tashkent State University of Economics, majoring in Business Administration.

Prior to this job, J. Egamberdiyev served as the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Aloqabank. Throughout his professional career, he has also held positions such as Director of Finance at the Joint-Stock Company “Uzbekiston Pochtasi.”

Zafar Sanginov Appointed as Uzbekistan’s Customs Representative in Russia

Zafar Sanginov graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics majoring in Customs Affairs.

Uzbekistan’s first customs representative abroad has officially commenced his duties.

On December 2, 2022, during the 3rd meeting of the Joint Commission at the level of the heads of the governments of Uzbekistan and Russia held in Samarkand, the heads of the customs services of both countries signed an agreement on the establishment of customs offices in Uzbekistan and Russia.

Fazliddin Karimovich Umarov was born in 1978 in Samarkand Region. In 2001, he graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics with a  bachelor’s  degree  in Economics.

From 2006 to 2016, he held various positions at the State Tax Committee. Between 2017 and 2019, he served as Chief Inspector at the Accounts Chamber. From 2019 to 2021, he worked as First Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Committee.

Since February 17, 2021, Fazliddin Karimovich Umarov has been serving as the Mayor of Samarkand City, Republic of Uzbekistan.

Rakhimjon Maxamadjonovich Boboyev was born in 1976 in Sirdaryo Region. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Tashkent State University of Economics in 1999 and completed his master’s degree at the same university in 2001, specializing in Management and Administrative Management.

He began his professional career at "Uzmevasabzavotuzumsanoat-Holding." From 2006 to 2016, he worked at "Uzvinosanoat-Holding" as Head of the Finance and Accounting Department and as Deputy Chairman of the company’s management board. Between 2016 and 2017, he served as Hokim of Boyovut District, and from 2017 to 2020, as Hokim of Xovos District. In 2020, he was Director of the Agency for the Development of Viticulture and Winemaking under the Ministry of Agriculture.

Since April 2020, Rakhimjon Maxamadjonovich Boboyev has been serving as the First Deputy Hokim of Sirdaryo Region, responsible for Finance, Economy, and Poverty Reduction. He also serves as Head of the Regional Department for Economic Development and Poverty Reduction. Prior to this appointment, he was Director of the Agency for the Regulation of the Alcohol and Tobacco Market and the Development of Winemaking.
