Aligned with the Mission and Vision of Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE), the Student Support Services are designed to positively shape students’ lives by fostering academic achievement, personal development, professional readiness, and overall well-being. These services accompany students through every stage of their journey—from their first interaction with the University to their campus life, graduation, and future endeavors.

Comprehensive Academic and Personal Assistance

TSUE offers an extensive range of services to ensure that every student can thrive. Academic assistance includes mentoring, tutoring, and advising, while inclusive learning opportunities support students with disabilities through specialized equipment and alternative assessment formats.

Students also receive support that enhances their campus life, including housing assistance, health and wellness resources, library and IT services, along with access to sports and recreational facilities. Student Career Services further strengthen career readiness by providing counseling, resume-building workshops, internships, and networking events.

Commitment to Equity and Inclusion

TSUE strives to ensure fairness and equal opportunity within higher education. Students from low-income families, individuals with special needs, and those with exceptional abilities are offered financial and academic assistance. Support is available for students who:

• Require social protection;
• Demonstrate outstanding talents;
• Are registered with Social Security services;
• Participate in social or extracurricular activities;
• Have first- or second-degree disabilities.

Through these tailored measures, TSUE helps both local and international students adapt and succeed in an inclusive academic environment.

Support Centers for Minority Groups

In support of a more inclusive community, TSUE has established dedicated Support Centers for minority groups. These centers aim to create a secure and empowering environment where every student feels acknowledged, respected, and supported. Their mission is to cultivate a campus culture that values diversity, promotes social justice, and guarantees equal opportunities for all.

Main Objectives of the Support Centers:

• Safe Environment: Provide targeted counseling and guidance to address the specific challenges faced by minority students.
• Inclusive Community: Encourage dialogue and mutual understanding among students from diverse backgrounds.
• Educational Programs: Offer trainings, seminars, and workshops on cultural awareness, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership.
• Advocacy: Collaborate with university administration to ensure policies reflect minority students’ needs.
• Empowerment: Deliver resources, mentoring, and opportunities that support academic and personal advancement.

Within the university, a broad network of student-support units operates to enrich academic success and campus life. These include the Center for Coordination of Five Initiatives and Clubs, the Center for Educational Content and Multimedia Production, the Center for Digital Learning Technologies, the Information Resource Center, the Digital Finance Acceleration Center, the Center for Professional Development, the Sports and Health Center, the Career Center, the Registrar’s Office, the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality, and Education, the Department for Gifted Students, the Tutor Coordination Department, and the Department for Student Housing Coordination.
