1. International Collaboration with Foreign Universities and Research Centers
During the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 academic years, the Department of Business Administration actively partnered with three leading foreign universities. These include Aristotle University (Greece, Top 500), the University of Ruse, (Bulgaria, Top 1000), the University of Dublin (Ireland, Top 100), and the University of Liberec (Czech Republic, Top 1000). Through these collaborations, the department has achieved several positive outcomes in joint research, academic mobility, and institutional growth.
2. Faculty Participation in International Grant Programs
Faculty members of the department have successfully secured prestigious international grants, demonstrating their strong academic potential and international recognition.
1. Horizon 2020 MARKETS (2020-2025) research project in collaboration with the University of Dublin, Ireland - Total cost 1.4 million USD;
2. CARSI (2023-2027) - (Social Innovation Research in the Caucasus and Central Asia: Development Assistance, Innovation and Social Transformation (ID:101086415 HORIZON-MSCA-2021-SE-0, 1,619,200 euros)
3. ORCA (2024-2027) - Open Research in Central Asia: Strengthening Research Ethics, Data Governance and Open Science Culture in Eurasia and Beyond - total value 1.5 million USD (101182752 HORIZON-MSCA-2023-SE-01);
4. Erasmus+ Credit Mobility-based Student and Teacher Exchange Project in Partnership with the University of Ruse, Bulgaria - 4 students (10,000 euros per student for 5 months) and 2 professors (2.5 euros per week) teachers on a grant basis sent;
5. Student and teacher exchange project with Aristotle University of Greece under the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility - 2 professors are planned to go on a mobility grant (2.5 euros per week);
6. Teacher exchange project under the Erasmus+ KA107 project in cooperation with the University of Liberec in the Czech Republic - 2 professors are planned to go on a mobility grant (2,500 euros per week).
These achievements once again highlight the department’s faculty's strong academic and scientific abilities, as well as their active participation in the international academic community. Moving forward, the department continues to aim for new milestones in international collaboration and research excellence.
3. Participation in International Conferences and Publications
The department’s faculty members are known for their significant scientific impact, with many scholars holding high H-index scores, emphasizing the global importance of their research. The department also attracts highly qualified international scholars, further strengthening its research efforts.
The academic team consistently publishes articles in prestigious international journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, making significant contributions to global science and practice while enhancing the department’s international reputation.
A master class on the MSMC and advanced training courses organized in Finland, Sweden, and Turkey by Professor Karrieva Y.K., Department of Business Management, Tashkent State University of Economics, was organized by the International Nordic University from April 14 to May 11, 2025.
